I’ll begin by sending you my current price list and a questionnaire to determine what you’re looking for in a website or your branding, and any specific requirements you might have. Once I receive your answers, I’ll give you a quote for the project based on the current price list. A 50% down payment is required to secure booking and for work to begin. If I need more information during the design process, I’ll contact you. Once I have a mock-up done for your website or logo, you’ll be able to see it and request any revisions. There are NO LIMITs on revisions to your site or logo during the design process because I want you to be 100% happy with your new website and/or branding. Your balance must then be paid in full before I make the final transfer of the website or branding files over to you.

No. Hosting providers and domain name registration services can be found through Google.

The sooner the better! My project slots are filled on a first come-first served basis and my schedule fills quickly.

50% down payment is due at the time of booking to schedule, with the balance due upon the completion of the project. The balance must be paid in full before transfer of website or branding files is completed. A detailed invoice will be sent to you through PayPal.

It depends on my schedule and availability. I do keep a waitlist and can add you, if something opens up. Contact me for me information.

There are NO LIMITs on revisions to your site or branding during the design process (provided it’s not a complete overhaul of the entire design) because I want you to be 100% happy with your new website. If changes are requested after the design is completed, then regular rates apply.

I make every effort to accommodate any schedule changes that arise during the design process. But if you need to cancel an appointment, a refund shall be given up to three weeks prior to the booking date, minus a $30 cancellation fee, provided that no work has commenced. If work has already commenced or cancellation occurs less than three weeks from booked project start date any down payments paid are non-refundable.

If it’s during the design process, I’ll send you an updated balance for any additional features. If it’s after your website is done, you can add any additional pages/features for an additional charge based on my current price sheet.

No. I suggest all my clients use an automated backup service on their own website.

Yes. I can update any of your existing pages for a one-time $35 maintenance fee per update.

Yes. I can give you coaching on WordPress basics at the rate of $50 per hour.
